Established in 2005 in İzmir and producing its own brand Blackspade in its İzmir, Manisa and Van production facilities, and one of the biggest underwear manufacturers in Turkey, Narkonteks Tekstil started to manage all its production processes with Nebim Production. With the project carried out jointly by Nebim Istanbul Headquarters and Nebim Izmir Gold Solution Partner Giltaş Narkonteks took Nebim Production into actual use in all factories at the same time on January 5th. Thanks to the transfer of all old recipes and production movements to Nebim Production, Nebim Production started to work with all modules and over 150 users in all departments of purchasing, warehouses, planning, customer representatives, production, quality control and logistics, without the need for an extra data entry. . With Nebim Production, Narkonteks simplifies all its processes and can track orders on a case-by-case basis, from the first stage to loading. With the capacity planning application, it can monitor the capacities of cutting, sewing and packaging tapes, plans and monitor instant productivity entries. With the applications developed within the scope of the project, it can perform marker creation, marker-based efficiency, calculation of consumption, and barcode entry and follow-up of marker-based production movements. On the production lines, first quality, second quality and faulty products can be entered from a single screen and completed on a case-by-case basis.
